Are you interested to develop a successful career in the area of Information Technology with the main focus on the SAP 4 Hana ERP business systems.


The Dynapac Group, one of the larger Subsidiaries within the Fayat Group has initiated the mission to develop  a SAP 4/HANA within the whole organization as a standard ERP system for Customer Centers (CC’s), Distribution Centers (DC’s) and Product Companies (PC’s) worldwide. This process involves mapping all current Dynapac systems and implement the new optimized Dynapac solution in SAP 4/Hana.


Job description


This is a functional/business position focused on the Sales and Marketing processes in the CC’s, PC’s as well as DC’s. The Candidate will develop a full understanding of Dynapac Sales and Marketing systems and Processes and will be able to contribute in the creation of common solutions that is shared by all entities while eliminating the satellite and manual procedures and systems as much as possible. You will be a key member of the SAP 4 Hana template Team and Dynapac Sales and Marketing Team.



After successful completion of your assignment you will be able to be actively participating in the following key responsibility and activity areas:


- Provide both strategic and tactical direction and leadership excellence for designing the future state of Sales and Marketing processes.
- Responsible for the global Sales and Marketing process design.
- Lead a team of business process experts.

- Manage a network of operational business process experts covering the Sales and Marketing processes.
-Work together with the Sales and Marketing template governance council in designing the end to end processes.
- Lead workshops to design the future state Sales and Marketing processes.

- Interact with business process experts to gather and document business requirements.
- Perform current versus future state gap analysis.
- Obtain sign-off and validation of the future state design from the Sales and Marketing council.
- Liaise with the SAP functional analysts in mapping the requirements into the SAP system.
- Develop and execute training for the future state processes.
- Lead the development and execution of the business testing.
- Define and document the detailed future process flows and business requirements.
- Provide status reporting and project level issue management and escalation to the project management office.
- Responsible for business process alignment and improvement.
- Owns and champions the Sales and Marketing processes.

- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the global process throughout the project lifecycle, and establishing a robust life cycle management governance.
- Responsible for keeping the process model up-to-date with changing business needs, organization and technology. 
- Secure the deployment of the Sales and Marketing processes in the project scope supported by the S4 solution from a time, innovation, cost and quality perspective.

- Create a "willingness to change" atmosphere with the key users.




The mission of this position is to actively participate in the roll out of SAP Hana & C4C and contribute to the development and delivery of change management in the customer centers from Sales and Marketing perspective.

Experience requirements/Knowledge


You will have the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge in all functional processes that takes place in all of the customer centers, Distribution Centers and Product Companies that includes:

- Develop knowledge and experience of Sales and Marketing processes within Dynapac.

- Process and systems experience.
-Knowledge about the systems we use in the customer centers, Product Companies and Distribution Centers.
-Analytical and problem solving experience.

-Experience in Project Management and related tools.


Educational requirements


- The successful candidate should have a university degree
- Fluent in English. More languages is a plus.
